Ingredients
- 1.00 cup rolled oats
- 1.50 cup almond milk
- 2.00 tbsp maple syrup
- 0.50 cup blueberry
- 0.50 cup strawberry
- 1.00 tbsp chia seed
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 cup rolled oats, 1 cup milk, 0.5 cup Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, and 0.125 teaspoon salt. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed and the oats are fully coated.
- Divide the oat mixture evenly between two mason jars or airtight containers with lids. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight (8-12 hours is ideal) to allow the oats to soften and absorb the liquid.
- Before serving, give the oats a good stir to incorporate any separated liquid. Top each serving with 0.5 cup mixed fresh berries. Enjoy cold directly from the refrigerator, or add additional milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
