Ingredients

  • 1.00 cup rolled oats
  • 1.50 cup almond milk
  • 2.00 tbsp maple syrup
  • 0.50 cup blueberry
  • 0.50 cup strawberry
  • 1.00 tbsp chia seed

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 cup rolled oats, 1 cup milk, 0.5 cup Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, and 0.125 teaspoon salt. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed and the oats are fully coated.
  2. Divide the oat mixture evenly between two mason jars or airtight containers with lids. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight (8-12 hours is ideal) to allow the oats to soften and absorb the liquid.
  3. Before serving, give the oats a good stir to incorporate any separated liquid. Top each serving with 0.5 cup mixed fresh berries. Enjoy cold directly from the refrigerator, or add additional milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
